**** Correct inconsistencies in asking for file names, where the *.* option was listed first.

**** When importing logs, it would be helpful to have the Coding Region preset. Changes made to C-Master Log Import (CIMPORT) and CSV Import to have field available.
**** When performing a Catalog Repair, the edited Master Catalog will now be in sorted order.
**** Log Strip Selection: Reworked the user interface to get all 40 intervals shown on the selection screen. I may need to rework the human interface, as the functions require either too much tabbing or too much mousing.
**** With 40 intervals, added a quick-fill button to clear the interval selections with one click.
**** The Update References should have also included the making sure the attributes of catalog match the log data.
**** Selection of extended coordinates field should have been a Yes/No (Y/N) field for consistency.
