If the scale of the strip (units/inch) is not a whole number OR the depth/elevation at the tick mark location is not a whole number, then the number is displayed to 2 decimal places. This is slightly different from how the annotation was done in the past.

Also, in the older versions, the last tick mark at the bottom of a strip might or might not be present. Now, as long as the column has a length in multiples of an inch, the bottom tick mark will be placed.
