On-Site support can be provided under the following terms and conditions.

• On-site support may be available depending on advanced notice
  • It is up to the discretion of CJD Software whether or not on-site support will be provided if suitable alternatives exist.
• Local support is any location within 90 miles of Conifer, Colorado (road miles)
• Remote support may require an overnight stay, depending on the location
  • Air-fare, hotel (and rental vehicle) will be billed
• Travel time is from my place of business to user location or overnight location, and the return trip
  • Travel time is billed at $125/hour. Flight or traffic delays will not be billed.
• Travel mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate in effect at the time of travel if personal car is used
• Time at the user site will be billed at $300/hour
• Per diem rate for meals, etc. may also apply

Additional cost/fees may also be billed. Please contact CJD Software to discuss your needs, support options that might better be utilized, and approximate costs for on-site work.
