Manuals, Files, Descriptions

Here are some data that you may find useful!

Coordinates <== This document describes, in detail, how coordinates are accommodated within C-Master and how you can use these options

The following documents are file descriptors for C-Master data. If you wish to create C-Master formatted documents or use the documents, you’ll need to have these descriptions and use them. If you need assistance, contact CJD Software.

C-Master File Format document

Lithology Record Description

Why do I publish the file formats? If you have a need to interface with C-Master (on nearly any level), I want you to be fully informed and successful. I could deem the file formats to be proprietary, but why do that when an open format may lead to more utilization of the extensive data that exists on-line and elsewhere? There is at least one user who has commissioned software to assist them in adding logs to the Master Catalog. He gave these format descriptors to his software guy, and a new product was born! It must be reiterated: If you choose to use a third party software vendor to supply data to C-Master, I cannot help you debug or validate the integrity of the resulting data when integrated into C-Master.
